This is sample Microsoft Navision Process Documentation. I've used Use Case Descriptions and Flow Diagrams (UML Activity Diagrams).
To standard Use Case Descriptions I've added links to setup options, locked tables and used global variables (see folder 'Screen Shots').
Each Use Case has its description with Main Success Scenario, Extensions and Variations (see folder 'Use Case Descriptions'). There is also Flow Diagram for each Use Case (see folder 'Flow Diagrams'). You can use Animation option to better understand what happens in the process (see folder 'Flow Animation').
