In response to a question from an attendee about the problems inherent in having unrelated apps with the similarly ambiguous names "Financials" and "Operations", Kees Hertogh, who has returned to working on the D365 Operations team as senior director of product marketing, told the audience that Operations was a "naming bug" that will be fixed.
