Not all of us are XML programmers or has the ability to read code. So sometimes making something a bit easier helps! I always like to have a very structured sitemap within CRM and the navigational structure as useful and painless for the users.

Doing the sitemap editing can sometimes become a painful tasks when you need to keep track of all the area's ,sub-areas etc.

I found the Demonstration Toolkit for CRM on the web, installed it and to my surprise I found a sitemap editor. This made my life so easier by coding the sitemap.xml through a UI.

Please download this from the link above or here and make your CRM Administration a breeze!....

Step1: Download and run the exe on the CRM server (Found connecting to CRM server from Client is very slow).

Step2: Select the link on top of the screen with the connection option.

Step3: Enter all the server,user,domain details and selct connect.

Step4: Select your org form the drop-down

Step5: Open the Sitemap editor

Step6: Select "Open from CRM"

Step7: Change and Publish!!!..
