Описание позиции: Business Solutions Technical Specialist (Navision) Responsibilities: • Business Solutions Technical Specialist assists the district/subsidiary in building and managing business process-oriented sales opportunities, particularly within the Microsoft Business Solutions partner channel. • Along with the other geography sales team members, you will play an integral part in maximizing our long term revenue growth, successful deployments, customer satisfaction and solutions by teaming up with Microsoft field sales, services and partner resources. • The core purpose is to transfer business process sales knowledge and skills around MS technology and solutions, business value and sales strategy. • The Technical Specialist Business Solutions (TSBS) should be focused on the Demand Generation (seminars, tradeshows), Solution Development and Proof Phases of the sales cycle, working with the managed partner to increase their knowledge and skills in these phases. • The TSBS is a critical part of the partner account team and will work closely with the Partner Account Managers team and the partner readiness team to assist partners in selling advantages that Microsoft brings to the common business processes in large partner opportunities. • The TSBS also provides business solutions evangelism to the broad set of partners and customers in the selected region/area through many events (live, web.) • The TSBS in a large sub will have a specialization around a vertical industry solution set (financial, healthcare, manufacturing) and/or a partner type (ISV’s, services, resellers & system builders). • The recommendation is by partner type and the TSBS skills should be aligned as closely as possible to the focus areas for the set of partners the TSBS is responsible for. Requirements: • Organization, communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills. • Understanding of Business Decision Sales Cycles and the sales process – applies appropriately as it relates to delivering Microsoft solutions to customers. • Understanding of Microsoft's Technical Vision, how to solve business problems with working knowledge of the Microsoft .NET Systems Architecture, Desktop Environment, and Solution Offerings. • Understanding of technical requirements in integrating a Microsoft Business Solutions partners existing application with Microsoft offerings. • Delivers articulate, effective, and audience-appropriate presentations/demonstrations for Microsoft products/technologies, strategies, and initiatives. • Generate excitement and enthusiasm for Microsoft products and technology. • While no formal certifications are required, certifications that would enhance the value of the role in a particular vertical will be valued. For example, a CPA certification is valued for general business application knowledge while Microsoft technical certifications are valued for those representing our Microsoft technology and business application architecture solutions.
